3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

StoreApp offers in-app purchases and subscription plans for enhanced features. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Users can browse and place orders for products and items listed by merchants through the App. However, StoreApp does not process or accept payments for any orders placed. Users must make payments directly to the merchants according to the merchants’ terms and conditions. StoreApp is not responsible for any disputes or issues related to payments, refunds, or delivery of products.

5. Goods and Services

The availability, quality, and accuracy of the products listed by merchants are the sole responsibility of the respective merchants. StoreApp does not guarantee or endorse any products or services offered by merchants.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed within the App are the exclusive property of StoreApp or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using StoreApp’s content, trademarks, or intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback or suggestions to StoreApp, you agree that we may use such feedback without obligation to compensate you or provide credits.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Post or share content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

9. Termination of Use
